Please understand, I’m not introducing you to a whole new way to live your life, and there is no new method for you to learn. No one is going to look at you and wonder what you are doing. And there are no tests. You are already doing everything I explain in this book —although you probably don’t realize it! My job is to teach you to be consciously aware of The Process and how to make it work in your best interest. You will learn the components of The Process and how they operate by the mselves and with each other. And you will understand that by becoming aware of them, you can make minor adjustments that will create major changes in your life!
